is the web address for Kyle Properties Lanzarote
S.L. a British owned, Spanish registered company based in the Canary
Island of Lanzarote. Kyle Properties Lanzarote S.L. is acting as
a letting and management agent for private owners and advertisers,
it is in the interest of all parties concerned that the following
terms and conditions are accepted as a binding agreement. The company
cannot be held responsible for and alteration of accommodation,
cancellation or any error made by the owners or their agents. Kyle
Properties Lanzarote S.L. reserves the right to alter, modify. Or
cancel any holiday in certain instances, we shall not be liable
for any loss or damage of luggage, personal injury, or death. We
have personally inspected all properties and our photographs and
descriptions give our true impressions. It is in our interests that
you enjoy the best possible holiday, booked through KPL and of course
we want you to book with us time and time again, so please do take
the time to read the description of your chosen holiday home, and
do not hesitate to ask us about anything you are not sure about.
Kyle Properties Lanzarote S.L have a policy of maintaining properties
to a high standard, consequently regular maintenance, pool cleaning
and gardening may be carried out during your holiday, we will where
ever possible ensure that these works do not spoil any part of your
holiday.
Acceptance
of Booking. Your reservation is only binding
once you have received our written confirmation and we have received
your deposit.
Payment
of Deposit. When making a reservation
we require your completed booking form as acceptance of our terms
and conditions together with payment of any requested deposit. The
balance of your account must be paid no later than SIX WEEKS prior
to your arrival date. If payment is not received by the due date
we may consider your booking cancelled unless an alternative method
of payment has been previously agreed between both parties. Kyle
Properties Lanzarote S.L. reserve the right to hold you liable for
cancellation charges on any confirmed bookings as per our standard
terms.
Last
Minute Bookings. In special circumstances,
when last minute bookings are taken, the full amount of your total
bill is due on the day of booking.
Changing
you Booking. Kyle Properties Lanzarote
S.L. will endeavour at all times to assist you with any change of
plans, however changes that fall within the eight week period of
your date of arrival, and where we are unable to accommodate those
changes, will be considered as having been cancelled by you.
Cancellation
of Booking. In order to safeguard our
clients we request that all cancellations are noted in writing.
Holidays cancelled on or before sixty days prior to your date of
arrival will only incur the loss of the Deposit. Cancellation costs
for any holiday cancelled within thirty to sixty days of your proposed
date of arrival will be charged at 50% of the full holiday value.
Between 15 and 30 days prior to your proposed arrival date, cancellation
charge is 75% of the full holiday value. Cancellations made less
than 15 days prior to proposed arrival date will charged 100%.
Please check your Travel Insurance Policy for their cancellation
details as you may be able to re-claim your incurred loss.
Alterations.
We reserve the right that if for reasons out with
our control, the accommodation booked by you cannot be provided,
we will use all reasonable effort to offer the best possible alternatives.
Full refunds will be made where there is not a possible alternative.
Kyle Properties Lanzarote S.L. liability can in no circumstances
exceed the total amount paid by you to the company.
Compensation.
If cancellation or change by Kyle Properties Lanzarote S.L. is brought
about by force Majeure, war threat of war, riots, civil common ,
strikes, disaster, terrorist activities, technical problems with
transportation, airport closure, alteration or cancellation of scheduled
services, or any other event outside the control of Kyle Properties
Lanzarote S.L., compensation of any kind will not be payable. In
all such instances we advise you to contact your holiday insurance
company.
Service
and Price Guarantees. As part of our commitment
to quality customer service, we guarantee there will be no surcharge
to any of our accommodation charges. You will always pay what has
been confirmed to you in writing at time of booking even if charges
had to be increased at a later date and before your time of arrival.
However we do reserve the right to vary our prices at any time without
notice, it is therefore well advised to book your holiday well in
advance in order to secure the best possible deal. Failure of main
services at our properties, such as water, electricity or disturbance
in the vicinity can happen from time to time and every effort will
be made to rectify this if it is within our control.
Theft,
Loss or Damage. All our properties are
in safe residential areas, however should you experience a theft,
loss, or damage to any of your personal property you are advised
to contact your local police immediately. Please request a written
report, which should be completed with the assistance of a recognised
Spanish Translator. This will enable you to claim against your travel
insurance. All our properties offer small safes for your travel
documents and small amounts of cash. We cannot be held responsible
if you travel with expensive jewellery or large amounts of cash
and please be aware that most holiday insurance companies have a
limit on the value of individual items covered.
You will be charged for damage caused by you to any of the properties,
their furniture, or fittings, and in severe cases the owners reserve
the write to charge compensation for loss of business. In such circumstances
the managing agent will request payment on site.
Complaints
Procedure. In the unlikely event that
you have reason to complain about any aspect of our properties or
its services, the complaint should in the first instance be directed
immediately to the property management / Agent in Lanzarote. This
will enable us to rectify things as quickly as possible. Should
the matter remain unresolved to your satisfaction, we would request
that you write to us within seven days of your departure, giving
us full details of your experience. Kyle Properties Lanzarote S.L
will accept no liability If the above procedure is not followed.
In the event of any legal disputes or claims for compensation, these
will be dealt with solely under Spanish Law.
